Our rubber materials
As world leader and proven partner in the rubber industry, we have the ability to assist customers in developing applications suited to their unique needs and processes, resulting in cost-savings and enhanced performances.
Why use FRC® rubber compounds?
Did you know that DRI Rubber was the first in the industry to develop Fiber Reinforced Compounds, also known as FRC®? This is our on-spec upcycled rubber material that can be used for many applications within the rubber industry. Our FRC® materials demonstrates unmatched performance in the industry and ensures consistency in qualiy, making it an environmentally sustainable alternative for using raw materials. With products such as our FRC® Preforms and FRC® Chopped & Baled, we even supply entire industries, such as the material handling industry.
Suitable applications for our rubber compounds
With our reprocessing and upcycling capabilities, we offer a wide range of rubber materials, compounds and finished products. As a world leader and proven partner in the global rubber industry, we have the ability to assist clients in developing applications suited to their unique process, resulting in cost savings and enhanced performance. Suitable applications for our rubber compounds are among others material handling, mining, agriculture, automotive, marine and matting.
Our circular model and waste-to-product process
At DRI Rubber, sustainability isn’t just a goal, it is a fundamental principle guiding every aspect of our operations. In fact, since the start of our organization in 1948, we have always put great value in environmental-friendly development, guality and consistency. Our process is 100% aimed at upgrading quality and adding value. Via our upcycling and circular processes – better known as our ‘waste-to-product’ process – we are able to convert rubber waste into a vast array of on-spec compounds and finished products, such as rubber matting for the agricultural sector.
